What are your credentials, Kelsey?


Great question! I am a big believer in only taking advice from people who are where you want to be (and who are willing to share the exact way - down the very last detail - they got there). So here’s my history. My background is in advertising, up in San Francisco, and from there I transitioned into Career & Life coaching (this was the hardest pivot so I get really honest about what it takes going from corporate to a coaching business). Through that process I ended up coaching clients at Twitter, Facebook, Google etc… and was asked to come in & host workshops, and eventually do some speaking across the US for Fortune 500’s. I was continuously asked to share “how I built my businesses” & through that ended up working with coaches & service providers like Kelly Leveque of BeWellByKelly & Pure Salt Interiors. I was then asked by Marie Forleo to come in and mentor her B-Schooler’s through live coaching calls & in her programs. After that, I had such a large waitlist that I opened up 2 programs (that are both always booked out) - a small group, high-touch Mastermind for experienced coaches & a larger fast-track Incubator for new coaches. I’ve been certified (a lot)... by the International Coaching Federation, in Emotional Intelligence, Positive & Motivational Psychology, all sorts of Digital Marketing Programs and more. But my proudest non-certification is in being a mama to 2 baby girls (with a third on the way), and a marriage I could only dream of.

I already have a coaching business, is this for beginners?

If you don’t have the business you love yet (bringing in the amount of clients you want each month), then yes - this is right for you. I’m going to be live each day of the event, where you’ll have access to ask me anything, plus I’ll cover some of the crucial things I used to grow my business from zero dollars, needing it to replace a full-time multiple six-figure income.
